Release of Liability

All participants must read and sign our release of liability before submitting payment for a trip. This can be found here.

Cancellation Policy

Full payment is due at the time of booking

Greater than 90 days out - Full refund

60 - 90 days out - 75% refund

30-60 days out - 50% refund

Less than 30 days out - non-refundable (please purchase trip cancellation insurance)

Safety Concerns

Your guide reserves the right to stop the trip or alter the trip duration or route if concerns for safety warrant such a decision. Examples of this might be dangerous road conditions, wildfire, threat of wildlife encounters, participants violating rules under the Motor Vehicles Act. If a participant acts in such a manner that they are compromising the safety of the public or the group, they will be required to leave the trip immediately at their own cost. If the trip is cancelled or abbreviated due to safety concerns, no refunds will be given. Again, please purchase trip cancellation or interruption insurance.

Damage to Equipment

Participants are responsible for damage to Tombstone Moto equipment. You will be given the option to purchase comprehensive insurance on the motorcycle you will be riding.

Fuel and Oil

Fuel and oil costs are covered in your trip costs. However, Tombstone Moto reserves the right to charge an additional fee should fuel costs increase significantly between the time you book your trip and time you go on your trip.

Remote Rescue and Evacuation Insurance

In is mandatory that all participants purchase remote backcountry rescue/evacuation insurance. The cost of a medivac or evacuation from the Dempster or Canol can be very high. Participants are responsible for this cost. If a participant wishes to leave the trip early, they are responsible for the cost of doing so.
